* Drug pricing is based on a 30 day supply/quantity for retail and a 90 day supply/quantity for mail order. Prices are subject to change without notice. To order a 90 day supply by mail, please call the Help Desk at: 1-866-341-8894 or TTY Users may call: 1-866-763-9630.

* Florida Discount Drug Cardholders will always pay the lower of the price listed on the Florida Discount Drug Card website or the usual retail price at the pharmacy. There is a one time $1.50 activation fee per membership card that will be added onto the cost of the first prescription only.
